Description
A bag made from jungle vines called ‘Pied’ in Laos. It is hand-crocheted by the Khmu people in Mang village, Oudomxay in northern part of Laos. Traditionally, ‘Pied’ vine would be crocheted into straps and bags used by the Khmu to haul wood, carry vegetables and herbs from the forest due to it’s high durability.
